Clearing for Big Changes

Fear of change is one of the most common fears there is. The fears can range from fear of what will happen, will it be worse for me, will I be ok or to even will I survive?

If you struggle with the fear of change, it's a good idea to write down the fears or "what-if's" you are telling yourself. Then, ask yourself if they are really true. You'll find that their power is partly because they are not completely conscious. They hide right under the surface and are there just to create doubt and fear. When you identify them and write them down, you bring them into the conscious mind.
