Todays Energy Clearing Session to Release Grief is intended to help you let go of old energy keeping you stuck in the past.  If you have old grief, from old events, this energy can be released. This is not intended to release intense grief related to the passing of a loved one, or other similar events. The grief we are clearing today is from the past, maybe even the very distant past that is lingering. This being said, you may experience some relief from current grief as well, when you release the old.
